Right of withdrawal
The buyer has the right to withdraw from the contract of sale with a right to a full refund, without having to give a reason for his decision within 14 days of the conclusion of the contract of sale. To do so, the Buyer must send a timely email to support@treecelet.com. The refund will be issued within 14 days of receipt of a legitimate request. The refund policy does not apply to legal entities.

ATTENTION! The withdrawal option does NOT apply to legal entities.

A buyer who withdraws from a sales contract must return the goods undamaged in their original packaging and in the same quantity. In the event of physical damage or mismatched quantities, the buyer is obliged to pay for the damage.

The trader will record potential proof of damage by taking a photograph of the package, contents and product.
